Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and be returned with all accessories that we're included. .

To start a return, contact us at Support@Zawdio.com. We offer free return shipping on most of items, regardless of the reason. Provided the item is returned in the time and condition stated above. 

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We rarely sell items intended for parts or repair. If the title of the item you are looking at states" AS-IS" for "For Parts" we may not be able to accept a return. Again, this is very rare. 


Exchanges
We prefer to have items fully returned and to fully refund your purchase. You can then re-purchase a different product at your preference. 


Freight Forwarding or purchasing from outside the US.
We sell to the US only. If you use a 3rd party service to forward your item to a location outside of the country then the purchase is not covered by our return policy. It has been handled by a 3rd party. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and when your item has been fully refunded. Refunds will always go back to the original funding source. Under no circumstance do we ever refund more than the total purchase amount. If you choose to return ship the item back at your own expense, rather than use a free provided label, that expense is not covered.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
