If you are on the West Coast you will likely receive your gear in 2-3 business days. East Coast 3-5, and only very large items could take up to 7 days. (keyboard, guitars, etc.)

Occasionally something may not have software or a mic clip, but those details will always be photographed and described in each item's listing.

Of course. Returns are never a problem. We accept returns for any reason; even if it's just not the right fit. No questions asked. Returns are accepted for 30 days from when you receive the item.
