Zawdio is a photo and music equipment upcycler based in the Pacific Northwest of the US. We commit to 100% positive customer service on all the platforms where we sell. We love giving new homes to lightly used equipment and believe when we help creatives buy and sell their equipment it's better for the customers, the artists, the environment, and well... everybody.
We want to make that as frictionless as possible. Your items will always ship for free. Orders depart here on the day they are purchased (or the following business day if after 1 PM PST.)
We've always got you covered with a 30-day unconditional refund policy. We'll pay for the return shipping, even if it's not right. We've got trade-in programs coming to make sure when it's time to grow that you get great value out of your equipment, and we've got other buying programs if it's time to lean out your studio.
